A Little Sun Dyeing

Got out my Set-A-Colors today hoping to sun dye some fabric for the photos I posted yesterday.

I wanted to dye some fabric that looked like sepia as well as some blue.
I'm not real good at mixing colors but I know red and green in equal amounts make brown I then added a little gold and this is the results.
The blue shows a little of the sun's effect. I placed cut outs of the images I printed last night and used them as templates for the sun block.

When I put this piece on my design wall I decided I should have placed the templates in the upper right corner.

As I looked at the fabric I placed more templates across the fabric at and angle making each templates a little larger.
So I got out more paint and placed paper templates across the fabric, this is the results.

I'm still not there yet. I need to print more photos on fabric. I want the smaller photos on the right to be faded as they are the oldest and the newest photos the brightest.

I have more printing to do tomorrow hopefully I will make up my mind how I want to print them and get the top finished.

I'm also working on some words that I hope to print in the upper left. Any input would be appreciated.
